Review
Summary: Frozen Kiss a low budget movie that is directed by Anthony Fabian. The cast includes relatively new actors and actresses such as Cameron Goodman, Jamie Martz, Mimi Rogers and David Starzyk. It is based on a true story which mainly includes a rescue mission in a raging blizzard.
Review:Frozen Kiss is one of the many movies this year that did not get proper publicities and ratings due to the fact it was overshadowed by numerous blockbuster hits that hit the theatres such as Avatar and 2012. Although that was the case, the movie did get some positive feedback especially in terms of acting by the cast of young and new individuals in the film industry.
The movie is based on a true event where it is mainly about a rescue mission conducted so save the lives of a number of individuals trapped in a blizzard. Besides that, survival was also a theme introduced into the movie as it was portrayed by the Ryan and Shelley who were stuck in the blizzard in the middle of nowhere.
Both of them were on their way back from a late night party but instead of reaching home safely they got themselves lost after their car broke down and eventually got stuck in a terrible blizzard. Both of them finally find themselves in a race against time and also the elements of nature to allow them to survive.
Besides that, their survival was also marred by visions that occurred every once in awhile as they were struggling to keep themselves alive. The both would eventually try desperately to keep themselves safe and also find a way to contact a rescue team who were searching for them after their car was spotted along a road.
Frozen Kiss may have a beginners touch to it, but the superb acting of some of its cast members have overshadowed this fact. Instead it is an interesting movie that one could enjoy.
