Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson in the drama “We Bought a Zoo”

The drama “We Bought a Zoo” will be released in North American cinemas only on 23.12.2011, but is already eagerly anticipated by fans of director Cameron Crowe, who won an Oscar statuette in 2001 for the original script of the drama with musical elements “Almost Famous” and put his signature on the acclaimed “Maguire Jerry” and “Say Anything …” but failed miserably in 2005 on the romantic drama “Elizabethtown” and has not appeared on the market with any new project in the last six years.
Cameron Crowe‘s script bears the mark of Aline Brosh McKenna and (“The Devil Wears Prada”, “Laws of Attraction”, “I Do not Know How She Does It”), is inspired by the memoirs of former journalist with the same title of the British newspaper The Guardian Benjamin Mee pursues a man and widower who spends all the family savings to buy a zoo wild, where they live 200 endangered exotic animals, and the family are moving from town to the countryside to renovate and open this paradise, knowing that his beloved wife Katherine (Stephanie Szostak), who lost the battle with brain cancer, was excited by the impulsive and the noble gesture would be encouraged to go up in white linen to save the wildlife. Helped by her two children motherless Dylan and Red (Colin Ford, Elizabeth Maggie Jones), his father Duncan (Thomas Haden Church) and neighbors and employees Lily Miska and Robin Jones (Elle Fanning, Patrick Fugit), journalist Benjamin Mee (Matt Damon) reconditions Rosemoor Animal Park and plays its former glory.
The drama “We Bought a Zoo” has already mentioned the actors Carla Gallo, Angus Macfadyen, John Michael Higgins and may be viewed earlier than its official launch of the Venice Film Festival, or the Toronto Film Festival.

It is now possible to view the trailer for the upcoming science fiction romance film The Adjustment Bureau, starring Emily Blunt and Matt Damon. This film of George Nolfi (who co-wrote The Bourne Ultimatum) will be released in room on September 17th.
Inspired by a short story of Philip K. Dick, the feature film will follow a candidate to the American Senate (played by Matt Damon). The political future of the main character is questioned by unverifiable events and the arrival of a mysterious dancer in her life (played by Emily Blunt). Strange individuals will try however to separate them.
Anthony Mackie, Shohreh Aghdashloo, John Slattery, Terence Stamp and Michael Kelly also form part of the distribution.
Note the American actor and screenwriter Matt Damon’s career started with the drama film Good Will Hunting directed by Gus Van Sant in 1997. He was recently seen in Green Zone, Invictus and he played Jason Bourne in The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Identity. On her side, Emily Blunt was recently seen in The Wolfman, The Young Victoria and Sunshine Cleaning. She is also working on the upcoming adventure film Gulliver’s Travels directed by Rob Letterman. The story is based on the classic novel of the same name written by Jonathan Swift.

The Matt Damon actor is attached to a project of film on the life of Robert F. Kennedy who will be carried out by Gary Ross (Seabiscuit, Pleasantville) and will be scripted by Steven Knight (Eastern Promises).
The participation of Damon is conditional with its acceptance of the scenario. The feature film will take as a starting point the biography His Life written by the author Evan Thomas. Bob Cooper from Landscape Entertainment had taken an option on the book and he will produce the project in partnership with Ross and his partner Alison Thomas within the production company Larger Than Life.
The film will follow the transformation of Robert F. Kennedy, whereas he was a young man in the shade of his brother, John F. Kennedy US president, until his rise as a politician and important national leader. June 5th, 1968, evening of its victory to the democratic primary educations of California, it is the target of several blows of revolver to the Ambassador Hotel. He will succumb the following day to his wounds. Sirhan Sirhan, its assassin, will affirm that it killed Robert F. Kennedy because this last had given its support for Israel in the six in June 1967 day old war.
The scenario writer Steven Knight was recently engaged for write The Lost Symbol, the most recent novel by Dan Brown.
