“Shelter” is the name of the upcoming supernatural thriller by Mans Marlind and Bjorn Stein. The duo is popular for its 2005 Swedish thriller “Storm”. This time, they are back again with another amazing concept and a strong star cast including the very talented Julianne Moore and Jonathan Rhys Meyers. The film will be released under the banner of “The Weinstein Company”. The filming for “Shelter” was done at Pittsburgh, United States.

One of the many reasons for why you should go and watch this movie is its unusual concept. The two main characters of the story are Cara (Julianne Moore) and Adam (Jonathan Rhys Meyers). Here, Julianne plays a psychiatrist, who suddenly discovers that one of her patient Adam possesses multiple personalities and those are all of various murder victims. So, Cara decides to find out the hidden truth behind his mysterious condition. On her way to find out the truth, she puts herself and her little daughter in great dangers. The sequence of events is intertwined in a beautiful way, which won’t let you take your eyes off the screen even for a while. So, if you want to know, what happens to Cara and what the actual secret behind Adam’s various psyche-alters is, then you must wait till February, as the official date scheduled for the release of this amazing horror thriller is scheduled on 25th February, 2011.

The movie has been rated ‘R’ by the MPAA rating system, due to some violent contents in certain scenes. The estimated budget of the film is around $22,000,000.  This film has already been released in UK and has got quite well response from the audiences. The scary scenes are quite well composed to give the viewers a sudden and effective shock. Thus, if you are a horror movie fan, then this movie is definitely going to stand on your expectations.
